They said they would reply within 2 minutes and Dale answered within 2minutes He quickly gave me a detailed explanation of what I had to do to make my VPN work whilst in Spain . It was then followed up with emails to make sure that everything was working again. The customer service is brilliant and Dale extremely helpful.
