Quickly solved the problem.
There are problems with the connection. The Russian government is trying to block VPN services. But tech support came to the rescue, now everything is working. Special thanks to Caleb. Everything was fast and professional.

Great service with useful support team
I've been using PrivateVPN almost a month now (I've signed up for 2 years) and the experience has been great, the app works well and they support openVPN and wireguard so you have plenty of options. I was considering changing though because I wanted to use the VPN on some scenarios where I couldn't find guides for as all guides were for other most popular providers like PIA.
