Didn’t function but an excellent and quick support
I bought this VPN to watch cricket on iPad. I must unfortunately say that it was not functioning. I bought it for three years as it was very cheap and I had a very good rating for this application. I would just say that the service of this company has been excellent, providing their support as well as credit the amount within few hours.

Good VPN service and excellent support
I use PrivateVPN since 2020. All the time it worked well for me, reliable and fast. Last week I had some problems due to new limitation of Internet in my country, and I had to contact support. Support team offered 10 ways how to solve connection problem, I tried many types of connection, and finally found one that worked for me. Support team are real professionals, they worked with me until I found what worked for me. Really thank you for your VPN service!

Wonderful service
I've been using PrivateVPN for over a year. Recently there was an error connecting to the VPN - "connect timeout exceeded". Technical support quickly helped to solve the problem, and now everything is fine! Thank you very much technical support.
