Quick and competent support
I had problems in configuring PrivateVPN on a Linux system (Ticket# 84432) and therefore I contacted the support team. Although it was weekend I got a first response within less than an hour. I received helpful hints and a pointer to updated configuration instructions, so that I had a working VPN the same day.
