Most reliable connectivity of the VPNs I've tried
Private Internet Access is the first VPN I've used that provides 100% reliable connectivity. Previously, I used NordVPN, HMA, and Surfshark, but all of them had sporadic and unreliable connectivity. I also like that PIA has servers with port forwarding, though unfortunately none are in the U.S. It's also very reasonably priced. Lastly, the UI/UX is also quite good, so it's easy to see the status of my connection, easy to switch servers, and easy to change settings.

Excellent customer service…
I bought their service hoping to bypass streaming platforms (Channel 4 and My 5 in UK). Unfortunately it didn’t work. Used their chat to ask for the refund (under 30 days) and it was processed immediately. Despite fact the vpn didn’t work for me, I was impressed by their customer service.
