Unsubscribing process questions
The CS agent answered my questions fast and explained the unsubscribing process. I would have preferred to have the possibility to do it directly from my PIA account (as most companies allow you to do) and get my money back under the 30 days money back guarantee, but I guess I'll have to contact you guys again after testing the product for a few days for that. Works on Linix/Ubuntu too, fast enough for me, simple
Simple and easy to install even on Linux/Ubuntu that I needed for. The speed is great for me, but I don't use it for streaming, only for downloading, so I don't know what it would be like for streaming videos or anything, but it's perfect for me - so far. Totally satisfied.

Short Wait; Immediate Believable Answer
I waited only a couple of minutes and then the rep understood my question immediately and answered it just as quickly. I didn't have to enter any personal information just to ask my question about capabilities of the service.

multi platform
Works great on my Kubuntu Linux laptop and on my Win 11 all in one. I notice new locations becoming available over time which is a good thing. I use the multi hop and obfuscation. PIA is easy to install and configure.
