I had to update my credit card…
I had to update my credit card information and once I logged on to PIA, it was easy to see where I could do that. I was not sure if there would be a delay in processing the payment, so I contacted an agent. The agent was online in seconds and clarified that the payment was processed and the site now indicated that I had renewed successfully

PIA has never let me down!
After years of using PIA, I requested a refund for a recently renewed subscription (not because of PIA, I just had a free service available to me elsewhere), and they were extremely helpful! Though today I say goodbye, if I ever find myself in need of an alternative VPN service, I'll be back with PIA in a heartbeat!
