I have been using PIA for 4.5 years. My needs are super-simple, so it has never let me down even once. I did want to post a positive comment regarding my help-desk experience today. I logged into my account today to renew my subscription, albeit somewhat early. I spent maybe 10 or 15 minutes looking at competitors, and came back to my original screen after apparently being logged out. Value outweighs the cost.
