Not owning a smart tv
I had to cancel my account because of not having a smart tv. The refund process was easy and I will renew as soon as i get the new TV Thanks

Hacked account needed help to gain access again
Fast simple directions couldn't access verification one way helped with options.. Have told us ways of helping to stop hacker attempts.. Waited & checked b4 disconnecting from conversation. Clear & direct help no fuss but thorough..
