Prompt refund initiated
I had stopped using the VPN and forgot that it was set to auto renewal. When I realized on seeing my credit card statement, I asked to cancel and refund my money. This has been promptly actioned and I was informed the money should be refunded in 10 days. I was happy that I did not have to fight for cancellation when I clearly was not using the product and the company did not give me grief over the refund.

Excellent customer service
You have excellent customer service. However, I had to cancel due to many VPN drops within minutes of activating VPN. I do not experience this while using Encrypt.me VPN.
