I just gave you a good score because the representative, but this service does not work for me, I just got it for less that 3 hours and I regret right away to purchase it, no useful at all

Amazingly quick response time
She probably has one of the quickest response times I have ever seen and she helped me out with everything. I needed to change my password and email and she was amazing. Five thumbs up!!

Knowledgable and Customer Focused
Knowledgable of the product and services provided, respectful, not pushy to just get a sale but more customer focused to ensure all my questions were answered. Not once did they try to push me to purchase anything. Definitely recommend to new customers i defiantly be back once my other vpn subscription finishes in a week

I've been with PIA for more than 10 yrs
I've been with PIA for more than 10 yrs. I have changed purchase info several times. In all this time I don't recall any downtime, and the servers are always fast. They also have the best software I've seen, easy to install and use. LOL, I just remembered that 1 time years ago I had an issue with Chicago slowing down, but it lasted on a few days. In other words, if it breaks they fix it fast. Also, take a look at pricing at PIA and compare to all the vpns that get all the glory. Never ...

With over 30 years in IT, I have experimented with a variety of VPNs. PIA is, without question, the best on product available to the public. It's easy to use. It's safe and they keep it up-to-date. You have server options all over the world. It is anonymous - they do not store records.
