Best VPN option for me
I have been a constant subscriber since 2013. Speeds are good, customer service is responsive and at a reasonable annual price. I use it for my home Network and iPhone. Highly recommend.

Virtual Private Network...until it's not, because they cancel it for no reason!
Was a good VPN, which i had used with only a few problems until, they randomly decided to cancel my year subscription, after only 5 months, i still had 7 months left paid for...and actually had the cheek to send an email saying "we are sorry to hear you go, please consider rejoining us".I was quite reasonable, i waited 3 or 4 days, after sending them a message, to see if they would rectify the problem, but they have chosen to ignore that, which I think says a lot about their customer ...

Using PIA for a several years now.
Using PIA for a several years now.Secure and reliable, good functionality, proxy service available.I would suggest to add some servers in RU region - due to their regulations, some sites and content just unavailable for foreign users.Thanks for good service and reliable product

Very Slow
I haven't had any technical issues yet but the speeds are incredibly slow. Slow to the point that using the service is pointless, streaming quality is awful and site loading times are annoyingly long.

One week in and I find the service to…
One week in and I find the service to be responsive, has x64 client with a good feature set, and speeds have been fine. I will say that I have not pushed the limits of my internet connection yet. I say this is very probably a rising star for VPN.
