only just joined
only just joined. had limited joy with the main reasons for joining which were iPlayer at BBC and ITV Hub. the BBC kept knocking me off because they could detect that pia is an unregistered in terms of ip address in the uk and thus clearly indicates a vpn, which they do not allow. this is not mentioned as a problem in the pia info. ITV allowed live watching but did not allow stored or streamed watching of series. so almost equally, not a lot of value for me. have reported a few times over ...

PIA was the best deal i could find for…
PIA was the best deal i could find for a VPN service. It's quick and easy to use. I also chose PIA because it's one of the few VPN's that allow torrenting and at such a good price.

Had an unwanted resub
Had an unwanted resub, which they refunded instantly. Very helpful and polite. The VPN service istself has always been first class.

Seems to be a superior product
I've only had PIA for about a week. Even so, it is clearly superior to my previous vpn and at a cheaper cost. Connects quickly and stays connected. Fast, doesn't much slow down browsing (14.2 Mbps vs 14.9 without vpn). Once set up it seems to not require attention. So far, I am impressed. Chosen because of good review from pcmag and it's low cost.

Totally pissed
Don't know if it is running on desktop, no Icon to click. Phone, forget about it, will not accept password and username, I got tired of fighting it. If it doesn't get better quickly you will not get another dime out of me.

I can't access Netflix or Prime…
I can't access Netflix or Prime Video/Amazon in the states from where I currently live in India, which is the main reason I wanted a vpn
