Refund Chokehold
I believe that the service they provide is fair and works well. However, I tried it out for a few weeks but it wasnt for me. I tried getting a refund and they tried helping me to make the best decision. This shows very good service but my problem is that I had to ask for a refund 4 times (submitted 4 tickets). It was like they purposely tried to not help me.

The service doesn't work for prime, i contacted technical support and they were no able to help soI asked for a refund and what I received was a review email.

The best VPN on the market for all around use!
I have used PIA for around 2 months now, and I love it. I had heard about PIA on youtube, and then I needed a VPN and I chose PIA. That decision was great, it works on all my devices, I can watch all the geo-blocked content I need, and I have all the options I need in a VPN. Choosing PIA is a great idea and I cannot recommend it enough, it is one of the best VPN's I have used. PIA is probably the best "all around VPN" you can find.

I'm really pleased with my experience…
I'm really pleased with my experience with PIA. All my devices, even my older ones, are all working well with the VPN on. It hasn't interrupted location data either, which has been a problem with other providers.
