I really wanted this to work
I really wanted this to work, but Hulu inaccessible and when I asked for help, in the middle of our texting, shut me down. Tried again and said there was no one available to assist me. After 2 hours of this frustration, I am sent 2 transcripts of their botching the works. One said I did not respond, when they told me no one was available. i sent in a request to cancel my service and 3 days later am sent a congratulatory e-mail for using their service. Very poor service and support
Very poor service and support! The VPN service is very confusing and extremely difficult to use! There are many issues with trying to access some sites! The Chat support is the absolute worst I have ever tried to use! Trying to cancel my trial subscription is EXTREMELY difficult!

Services not supported
Interface and speed are great, can't deny that. But it doesn't work with Netflix, Amazon Prime nor Disney+ so that's kind of a deal breaker and will be asking for a refund.

Easy to install
Easy to install. Great customer service. I made a mistake in my email (twice) and the agent was right there in correcting the initial order. Got it up and running in minutes.

I can't even access this app because it won't allow or accept the username and password you sent me in an email. You have my IP address and my email address it's been a week now.

VPN inconveniences take getting used to
For the most part this is a great service and great price. Only little glitches like:- non-stop CAPTCHA requirement when web browsing- when doing online shopping your normal location services won't work to find your closest location or your chosen store- every time I go to log in to my bank, the bank site blocks me, unless I turn off the VPN, as sometimes your VPN might be routing your IP through Germany and the bank site flags your login as suspiciousBut to be expected with any VPN service ...
