Top of its class in reliability, speed, and ease-of-use
The availability, selection, speed, and ease-of-use are top-notch. Their platform programs make it a cinch to connect with little-to-no effort at all. IP address and traffic are securely obscured, allowing me to access sites that were previously blocked and I've noticed zero latency. Even if I did, switching to another server/location takes all of 15 seconds to open the windows tool and take your pick. The only gripe I have is how I need to turn off the program when accessing the my work's ...

It didn't work on one of Android streaming device. Installed it on my phone and another two devices and it keeps dropping off a lot. I have to reconnect it manually very often and it takes forever to find a server.I need a refund.

A solid and secure VPN at a great price
I had PIA for several years and tried another VPN for a few months because it was cheaper. Their app didn't work many times and there was no GUI for the Linux OS. PIA has proven to me that it is a great value and a solid VPN product and service. I'm happy to be back with PIA and I feel confident that my connections are secured and confidential.

Great product, good performance.
Great product! Easy to setup and use. Good performance even downloading large files. I don’t stream videos so I can’t speak to that. I use PIA on Windows 10 with Chrome and iPhone iOS 13.6

VPN easy to use, will block ipv4 so your not exposed, blocks local network if you want, and you can set it to kill network if it is disconnected to stop data leaks. Great product. Thanks PIA

Took me a little while to adjust to…
Took me a little while to adjust to this service because it affected access to my online accounts due to provider's security polices. Although this VPN service is very good (per reviews) I might discontinue using any VPN service due to negative circumstances (need to verify it's me) and high increase of spam mail. The best "PRO" about this VPN is there low cost options and all the service they provide.

Good value for the money
I've been with them for a year. Price, speed: OK. Helpdesk responds in a timely manner. No downtime. Used on Linux, Windows and Android and browser extension. App is visually pleasing.
