I had an issue with getting the email with my user name and password. I hadn’t noted the account number before I closed the browser so I couldn’t get the information. I contacted the company by live chat and they responded within minutes. Within a day I had all the log in information and was good to go. In that 24 hours I received 2 different emails updating me that it was being worked on. EXCELLENT communication and customer service. Very happy

PIA VPN just works, as advertised. In my opinion, that is the highest prise one can get. Fast, reliable and priced just right. Well done!

Waste of time

I bought it, could NOT download it, i contacted customer service who told me they were having problems with Yahoo and AOL so i waited a day, it didnt happen so i asked for a refund. Was told by Devin at customer service that it takes 5 to 10 days, WHY i dont know. However it has now been 13 days with NO REFUND. I remind them and get the same message from Brian B that it will take 5 to 10 days. Lets see.

I'm NOT a computer wizard by any means…

I'm NOT a computer wizard by any means but I was able to download PIA and get it working on iPhone 7, iPad Pro, iPhone XR and PC laptop. The only real problem I had was that the VPN icon was not showing up on iPhone XR at the top of the screen (but it does appear on iPhone 7 and iPad - which is a nice feature). I found out through tech support that on my PC (at the bottom), a padlock with a green dot on it, is the indicator that the VPN is connected. If you don't see the green dot, then you ...

Seems like a great VPN, minor issues

Seems like a great VPN, I’ve only been using it a couple weeks. I love the interface, customer service seems to be there and ready to help. My only issue so far has been that it seems to randomly disconnect at times, and sometimes I open the VPN window to discover it’s not connected; particularly when I shut down my laptop and turn it back on. But that that may just be because I’m completely inexperienced with VPNs, maybe they all do that. Overall seems good so far!

Couldn't be easier to use

I've previously been put off VPN software - it was either difficult to use or difficult to set up. PIA has solved both issues. I've got it across all my devices now and it couldn't have been quicker or easier to get going.
