REFUND awful

I am still waiting for a REFUND for such a long time now. I WANT THE REFUND sooo unhappy with the service. this is the third review. this is the helpdesk link which I cannot go in it, it tells me to reset the password to my account and I CANNOT sign in on the browser. feels like a BIG SCAMReference number: DI9-202011-00018Hi, I just got a confirmation email saying account terminated. Am I getting my refund though? because it’s only been 17 days since I have bought your subscription for 1 ...

I cannot download the APP and have sent 3 tickets and 1 mail with no response. I asked for a refund and received an automated mail asking me to rate the service.Ticket #s DY1-202011-00004, DI2-20201000095No email receives from PIA. Issued remains unsolved!!

PIA is GREAT!!!

PIA has been great to use thus far. The app is clean, intuitive, and extremely straightforward. Also, the auto connect and disconnect based on network type works exactly as expected which cannot be said about a large amount of their competition.

I've been a customer for about 3 years. And I've never had a complaint or an issue with the VPN client (Windows, iOS, & Andriod) or with customer service. I've contacted them a handful of times all via their online chat. They were just general questions about billing. They were friendly and very helpful each time. I highly recommend them!

Doesn't work with BBC iplayer or channel 4 on demand.

Submitted a form on the helpdesk 2 days ago and still no response for requesting a refund due to it not working for what I want. Still no reply and a lot of information asked. No support or help in real time. Very disappointed.

Working perfectly on both Mac OS & Android

Working perfectly for me on both Mac OS and Android. No speed issues, and accurate GEO info. Very wide range of server locations to choose from. I'm very happy. Love the kill switch protection too.

All is excellent

Installation on MacBook Pro was quick and flawless.My first question to tech support was answered thoroughly within two or three minutes.I have checked my IP being masked, and all is working as it should. One web site so far in the last three or four days was disturbed that I use this VPN, and I chose not to disable PIA to visit the site. I moved on, suspicious of the site.

I am glad for the service and the cost is great. However every time I try to share something from like you tube to Facebook even though it has the little Facebook f in the upper right hand corner, instead of facebook I get a page telling me it is not developed yet. So weird.

This VPN is quite good.

This VPN is quite good. I say that because in the main it works as it should. My only issue is that some websites take longer to open than before I joined. Otherwise it works fine.When I signed up I inadvertently ended up with two accounts. After contacting their customer services and discussing my mistake I was immediately refunded my second account. I cannot praise the company enough for their prompt and speedy resolution.
