A VPN PIA deixa minha internet extremamente lenta, tipo 10 a 20% de sua capacidade. Outro ponto negativo, não oferece suporte na língua portuguesa, o que dificulta o entendimento e interação para tentar resolver o problema. Solicitei cancelamento e reembolso, mas não me responderam ainda.

I bought this as reviews seemed positive for most part and it was discounted for a 3 year contract. It took me more than 90 minutes to figure out it does not work with my android box and their tech support was no help. Two hours after purchasing I tried to inform them that I want to cancel the contract as I had 30 days and only had it for 2 hrs. Their communication through the year was Nothing!

The communication through the year is next to NIL. Nothing. Very disappointing. Admittedly I lost track of the VPN service and searched through emails over and over, and was unable to ID them. I will not renew. The name is non descriptive and there was no communication from them, neg or positive, throughout the entire Year. That is not good service and they never once let me know if things were working.

Initially I had to go through numerous instances to even purchase my subscription, though thankfully it wasn't one of those situations where the transition ended up going through multiple times. The service itself is fairly good though not without it's flaws. No Connection, no Response

VPN connects but I get no internet and no response from support after several days. Used to use this VPN years ago and just came back to it. Signed up for Two Years without even thinking about it. Waste of money and huge disappointment.

I joined Private Internet Service on a free trial after which I would be charged $17.79 a month. I did not get a free trial at all as the above amount was taken from my visa immediately.
