so far I am less than thrilled...my PC…
so far I am less than thrilled...my PC constantly states I am not protected....try and log in and all I get is invalid username etc....so I try and contact the company...and silence...so not a fan

They ignored my mails.
They ignored my mails.I cannot install TAP adapter and they ignored my refund mails. No help, no refund whatsoever.I regret buying the 1 year plan that doesn't work.

No tiene protocolos PPTP y L2TP/IPsec
Su velocidad no es tan buena como ofrecen otros servicios de vpn. No cuenta con protocolos PPTP y L2TP/IPsec para usarlo en un modem.

Private Internet doesn't work.
Private Internet doesn't work.After I installed it, my internet slowed right down and I couldn't get any UK channels.I tried to get hold of them but couldn't. They make it very difficult to contact them.Nor am I likely to get the refund they advertised.Would never recommend it to anyone.

OK VPN, Rubbish admin
The VPN worked fine - only on a couple of occasions was it slow and then changing server fixed the problem.however, the administration was appalling.* I had my annual payment cancelled with no warning (something to do with changing paypal supplier but I thought PIA ought to have warned me)* Then it proved impossible to renew the subscription. It took several hours on chat and a support ticket (what has payment got to do with support?!) to confirm that.* Before support would talk to me I had ...
