Great service
I have used PIA for several years, never had any problems, the service has always just worked perfectly. I don't think I've seen a cheaper VPN either!

Have been using PIA VPN for about two…
Have been using PIA VPN for about two weeks and everything is working better that I expected. I was using another VPN, which had more overhead causing my computer to run slower. Sure it was only slightly slower but was slower. Overall I believe there is a reason for its high rating. Faster, easy use, large number of servers, etc.

Worked well till I renewed.
I had PIA for two years and it was pretty good. I renewed a few days ago and even though I was logged in it created a new account instead. I contacted support and never heard anything back. I'll give it one more day before charging back my payment.

No instructions or help to use
Not too expensive, very difficult to understand what to do, no instructions, no guidance, log-in and password can't be saved, have no idea if I'm using it right or not

Unsatisfied!
There have been too many times that I attempted to gain access to an article or news story of a national station and I was throttled. I could turn off the VPN and access the same story with no problem. I will not allow this company to censor what I can read. I am not satisfied with this service and expect a full refund.

alright VPN, horrible payment system
As a VPN, it's alright. It often doesn't recover well when the computer goes back up from sleep mode, needing to manually reconnect to get it going. Service is not that reliable, the Internet access sometimes hangs and the VPN needs to be manually connected to a different server.
