I had a logon issue
I had a logon issue, I was not receiving emails in my effort to restore my password. In mere minutes I was able talk to someone who verified my email and resent login information to me. I was up and running within 10 minutes. Rarely if ever has a situation like this been resolved , and so fast.

Easily combined accounts & transferred credit
I recently purchased a 2-year subscription and remembered that I already had an existing account with PIA. I message support and in less than 5 minutes they were able to combine my accounts and transfer over my subscription days. Thank you very much! Great service.

I wanted to sign up
I wanted to sign up, you go on their site and there is ZERO contact info, zero info on privacy logs, where they are located, where are the servers NOTHING. could be a fake stealing info. DO NOT SIGN UP

Do not get involved with this company
Do not get involved with this company. Maybe if there product is good, you will be satisfied, but do not try to get a refund, if you are unable to use it or do not like it. Big run around. First you have to fill out a form with all kinds of questions that are not relevant to your request for a refund or it will not send your request. There customer service is next to nil! You cannot even phone them. They show a number which goes to voicemail and you get no response. I paid using Visa and ...
