Never An Issue
I have never had an issue with PIA for the, at least, 6 years I've had it. I've monitored others through people I know and they've ended up switching to PIA. Plenty of easy updates/upgrades and installs. Called customer service once for verify something, great service. I'm Nothing but pleased here.

I have never had a problem with the program. It is easy to use. The company provides frequent upgrades, and upgrading is easy.
