PIA is always very responsive to any question.
PIA is always very responsive to any question or concern I have had. They were quick to come up with fixes to their program when MacOS Big Sur came out with significant changes to their OS. Their numerous options for what server to connect with is awesome. Lastly their pricing is as good as any VPN. I will continue to subscribe to their service and I am loathe to subcribe to many "services".

It just works
It just works. PIA has been a reliable and preferred VPN for many years. It's easy to use and has a ton of options available should you want to really dig in and customize your experience. There are also a number of additional services provided when you log into your account via the website, such as Identity Guard.

PIA is one of the best providers I have used so far
I love PIA, The prices aren't so bad and speeds are almost as I never had a VPN service on in the first place. Very easy program on windows to click and connect. No typing in any IP addresses or gateways to connect so it is very user friendly. Very helpful chat at any time I have needed them. There are often promotions for new users and a referral system.
