Switched and very pleased
I had another VPN client for many years, but the speeds always left something to be desired. My son recommended PIA, and I made the switch. Aside from the speeds being considerably more reliable, the cost was also very competitive. One minor complaint, the DNS on PIA does not open ALL web pages, (obviously there's a disconnect between standard DNS records and PIA), but a small price to pay for a good VPN connection at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend PIA

Always worked--1000s of hours for years
Have been using for business and personal for many years. Very reliable, never had a problem, 1000s of hours every year, all over North America. Worked in England and Brazil the same.
