An Exceptional Experience and value.
For over 2yrs PIA has been rock solid both on my computers and mobile devices. Good connection speeds and worldwide connection options. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a VPN provider, and who doesn't need it?

Have been using these guys for over 3yrs
As the title says, been with these guys for over 3yrs now and they've been awesome AFA I'm concerned. I've researched LOTS of VPN's, Even trial'd a few others that weren't bad. These guys just had both the solid VPN coverage I wanted, and at a great price, so nuff said for me ;-) Cheers and thnx PIA

Thank you - had trouble connecting from my VPN (first time I have used it for about 18 months - as I was not traveling due to pandemic). Was able to resolve the issue via a simple upgrade of software with the help of the online chat support channel from Trustpilot.

Never had to use customer services but all in all, the whole system is designed to be streamlined and efficient. I used bitcoin to pay, about to renew and I couldn't ask for a better vpn... And as far as the anonymity of the ips, I have yet to encounter rarely any blck flagged ips... Cheers :)
