I have been using Private Internet Access for seven years. I use PIA as a easy to use VPN tool for light to moderate workloads. I have recommended their software to multiple colleagues for simple VPN needs. Even though their front end is implemented simply, the servers still support complex connections using terminal command line interface. I have found the service reliable and dependable since 2014. PIA is rock solid
PIA is rock solid. It doesn't disconnect abruptly, stays connected for days with no interruptions and it's fast. Mind you, I only used it for about a month. Updated on Sept 08. PIA still amazes me. It's performance and stability are stellar. I used in the past a couple of other VPN programs and none of them comes even close to PIA. Highly recommended and in my humble opinion it's worth every penny I spent on it.

Private Internet Access short review
Member since 2016. In short: it works and it is easy to use. I'm no expert in computer stuff and I only use the basic functions for now. For me the most important thing (+ that it works as promised) is the robust user interface and how easily I can understand what options does what. 2nd Year using the software and tired other VPN providers first. Not only does PIA offer a competitive price, it works smoothly. No errors. Needed support a few times and that was easy to contact someone and get quick resolution to my questions.

An elegant and easy VPN experience. I've been using PIA for several years now and from my initial experience it has been nothing but splendid. Updates are frequent and easily installed while the UI has become even more elegant.
