Recovered Account
Support was 10/10 got an agent in less than 5 minutes easygoing; I needed support with my account as I lost the details to both my email and password, and I only purchased with a gift card that I had thrown away; I needed the pin to it. Still, I didn't and used another form of verification to know I was the account owner. I don't know my order id or transaction ID. I entered my username, if that helps.

Very reliable constant update to keep you safe never slows down my internet speed. Others i have had always slow down everything from reboot to page loading.

I've used several Ip blockers and PIA…
I've used several Ip blockers and PIA is the fastest and best to this point. The new software options are also ahead of everyone else, and to my knowledge they are the only Ip blocker to never sell their customers information, like others have claimed to not do. That being the most important feature.

it always works, once you set it up it just works and i never have to mess with it. I have had it for about three years now. I think it is a fair price and will keep using them

Never had a issue with PIA
Never had a issue with PIA, and I have been using it for 4 or 5 years now. Decent speeds, but with vpn you will never get amazing speeds. Every time I check my IP while using PIA and it has always been as promised. Good value. Very good VPN. A+
