Reliable, sleek
When the VPN can't connect, PIA will try a multitude of configurations with trial-and-error to ensure you get connected to a VPN. Extremely useful when networks attempt to block out VPNs, i.e. in schools or other public places. It's also minimalistic with its design, featuring a beautiful dark theme UI which doesn't occupy much of your screen space when you are configuring. Afterwards, it runs in the background with easy access should you need to open it again.

PIA still holding fast. Secure information.
I've been a PIA guy since before 2016. I'm not sure exactly when I joined. The reason I first joined was PIA's refusal to give client information over to the government. The reason I've stayed is because they keep refusing. That, and the fact that they've streamlined it so well. I, my family, and close friends at this point, will be loyal customers until we see PIA hand over information. Privacy has value until we as a society decide it does not. PIA has done well to resist this ...

Have had no problems so far
Have had no problems so far. Had frequent disconnects on other vpn services namely those that start with N and rhyme with gourd.
