Reliable and robust
My best experience is with PIA compared to a couple of others that usually appear on top of the VPN software lists: speed, reliability, a variety of locations, and no failures. Sometimes I forget that I am actually connected via PIA VPN to the rest of the world. The only times when PIA reminds me about its presence is when the updates are ready for download.

Getting on in years
I'm getting on in years, and am not up to speed re all this VPN stuff. I have found the PIA staff very helpful and understanding (tolerant) of my knowledge shortfall.

Everything you want from VPN
