Incredible customer service on a weekend
Incredible customer service on a Saturday! Locked myself out of my account and was back in on Saturday night! I planned on waiting until Monday. Nicole was tremendous!

I have used PIA for years now
I have used PIA for years now, first on Linux and now on MacOs. It has been great across both platforms. For me PIA is the only VPN that I trust.

Always dependable
Always dependable! This is by far the easiest VPN to work with and I have tried many. I protection doesn't come with strings, meaning it doesn't take up system resources or slows my internet down. It just quietly does it job. I'm very happy!

I've used PIA for a long time
I've used PIA for a long time. They offer good, stable performance, and do not keep logs. It is a good way to keep your privacy online.

The product name tells you everything you need to know
I use the win 10 app that is easily set up. I opted for launch on connect so that with one click I am on a private network in a country of my choice. I have used PIA for years and would highly recommend it if you need anonymity while online. I have never experienced any disconnects or slowdowns from it even after days of continuous use. It is not system hogging and does not clash with any other program I have installed. It just does what it does very well.
