Wanted to extend service for my account by accidently created a new account. The support agent merged my old account with the new account so that corrected the issue plus he was very professional and friendly.

Finally a VPN that works
After testing several VPN providers, I finally found a split tunneling feature that works. Plus, the kill switch is reliable and has never failed me. Version 3.11 finally supports updates and warns when an update is available. Two small downsides, on my W10 21H1 pc, the exit from standby crashes and I have to restart the client. This is not the end of the world because everything else works really well. The second negative is random BSOD in my vmare 16 virtual machines.

PIA is a very stable and convenient VPN
Very stable and convenient VPN. Most importantly, works as convenient on Linux as it does in Windows, unlike some other ones, e.g., NordVPN. I recommended it to other people and they also liked PIA.

I have been using PIA for several years…
I have been using PIA for several years now, and there is a reason for it. Private security, no log file release for my protection, ease of installation and use, terrific performance and great value.
