Never had a problem
Never had a problem. This VPN does the job. When I first got it a year ago, support helped me step by step to set the VPN on my router to where all the devices in my home would auto-use the VPN when turned on. Support was amazing. I'm now looking at renewing my 1 yr subscription. It's a good price too, for a reputable VPN. It's a no-brainer for me.

Wowed on First Support Request
The first time I reached out for support and I was wowed! I was having trouble with the app after install and was guided through the uninstall/reinstall process to get it working. THEN I was helped to upgrade my plan for a much better discount on the service. Extra A+ to Anthony for his help. Thank you!

I have been with PIA for several years…
I have been with PIA for several years and they have been awesome. The VPN is easy to use and works consistently. I have have an easy time using on all of my devices and operating systems. Great price for a great product. Oh, not to mention, they keep their software up to date and the vpn does not sacrifice on the speed or your privacy.

Private Internet Access has been spot…
Private Internet Access has been spot on for the last several years for me. Never a failure and the only VPN I will ever use. They really have it together for Linux users.
