Happy with PIA
I have been using PIA for since 2014 when I decided to use a VPN more for my own privacy. Why PIA well , they don't log traffic, they are very competitive with Price, easy setup with the ability ot use multiple devices. Lots of servers and pretty good band width. I did my research though. I wasn't going to throw my money at something and then find put that they didn't tell the whole story etc ( logging IPs, traffic and speeds not up to standard.) It's customer Service, Stupid!
Had a problem with billing, my fault, but customer service via chat was very patient with me as I inadvertently had two accounts. Customer service disabled the old account and reviewed my features of the new account with me. As for the VPN, works flawlessly and very little slowdown on my broad band. More than enough site servers and easy to switch servers. Again, most premium VPN's are going to be realiable and fast, but what I like the best with PIA is their Customer Service. 5 Stars..

Excellent program for my needs
Excellent program for my needs. Besides security it allowed me to stay connected with Canadian TV while on a US vacation. Installed on all our devices.

Install and work perfectly on all OS's
Install and work perfectly on Windows, Android and Linux. My only grief is that the Israeli government for all intent and purposes controls/owns the company which ultimately compromises the user privacy. This should not be a problem unless you are in the spook business ;-).
