I am a basic user it works on multiple…
I am a basic user it works on multiple phones and pcs etc. This is the only PIA that dosnt record our browsing habits to a file linked to the user (unless things have changed?) . That means a court may compel PIA to produce records but as no meaning full files exist our privacy protected not that we visit dark web sites or know how to find them. We recently discovered on netflix the fantastic world of fungi now consider searching medicinal fungi in some states we would be locked up for ...

I have been using PIA since 2015 and the product and service have been great. Recently got a new PC and the antivirus's firewall settings was causing all kinds of problems and blocking the internet. Although it wasn't PIA's issue, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and fixed it!

First time setup help
I had trouble starting the App when logging in because I could not find it. The support agent helped me put an icon on my desktop. I also needed to install the virus protection that I had purchased. They helped me launch the installer and I was able to complete that setup on my own.
