Provided you don't have the cia all up in your bizzness.
So far, experience has been good. I have severe experiences with the cia/gov't and made a couple of comments about them during a chat. They don't like that and ended the chat pretty quickly. Standard response for those scared of the gov't. Even though it's the truth of things. Other than that, it's been decent service although I do wonder if gov't agencies and factions therein can......uh...'join their party' anytime they want. But if you hit the chat function, you get an agent right away ...
