Pros mostly
Pros mostly - great global coverage but latency measures don't always match actual performance. Excellent customer service - very prompt response via chat and more detailed help via email, if necessary. Major con - clunky updates on Mac laptops. Sometimes signaled well, other times with delays. NOTE: This is a summary of several years of service with the above specifically for 2022 to date below (23 Oct).

Great VPN product. Would recommend.
Great VPN product. I like having a multitude of options for world wide VPN servers. All versions (iPhone 13 Pro, macOS, Windows 10) work pretty well and intuitively. The price seems fair for a yearly subscription, too. Would highly recommend.
