Still "Thumbs Up" after a year.
I've been using Private Internet Access for nearly a year and I love how fast and simple it is, across my three computers and my smartphone. So far, I haven't found anything to complain about.

Experience with PIA
I have tried other VPN's and found starting up slow and then had trouble accessing many websites. I have had no such trouble with PIA.
