I've used PIA for years for testing our websites from different locations. I find it to be extremely reliable, with a slick interface that is super fast and easy to use. It also has more locations that other VPN's I've tried.

Using PIA for 5 years and...
I've been using PIA for the last 5 years - awesome platform, user friendly and the option of multiple devices on one account is a blast. Highly recommended to users of all levels of PC abilities.

What customer service SHOULD strive to achieve! A+
One particular representative helped me a couple of times via chat today. The first time I asked for assistance, I wanted to add a subscription deal to an existing plan but was having trouble doing it through the website/claiming the deal. The representative readily and repeatedly provided links to make the process easier and helped every step of the way. I've had a lot of experience in poor customer experience
I've had a lot of experience, with very shady, dodgy, nil customer service. It's rare to find good customer service these days. But, in all my dealings with PIA, their customer service, l rate very high and should be a model for all other businesses.
