Simple for everybody
Simple user interface and simple user experience for the common man or everybody (no sexism or racism please). Its not perfectly simplified as there is no tutorial nor a way to learn about this. The service is very clean.

It works great on pc and android. No problems at all 5/5
I have only used this product for 2 days, but I have used a few other VPNs before such as Freedome(F-secure), expressvpn and ProtonVPN (free version), but I prefer this product without a doubt. The GUI is manageable and easy to use. You can change setting such as Protocol, Network and Multi-Hop and of course other settings too. It have a lot more features compared to my other experiences.
