I've never used a VPN before
I've never used a VPN before, but always wanted one. I LOVE being able to not be limited by my work's arbitrary firewall filter: Can't search for presents or Steam sales on Black Friday on my lunch hour? Can't access my Mega.nz personal drive? VNC not working? Not a problem anymore. PIA comes in so handy in the most random situations. Easy to install and to use
Very easy to install on windows machines as well as under Linux. Large choice of servers spread all over the world, proposed ranked by increasing ping delay. Using PIA VPN is transparent for the user and adds a lot of privacy.

Affordable, effective, user friendly
Great pricing, wide variety of global addresses and decent speeds. But wait, there's more! No traffic logs: Private Internet Access does not log any consumer data whatsoever. This is great for cutting down on ads designed to override my impulse control!

Free trial cancellation a breeze!
I had just started a 30 day trial with Nord VPN for use on my Firestick, but decided to try PIA as well to see if performance speeds were better or not. In the end I decided to stick with Nord as some of PIA's servers were recognised instantly. PIA have a nice interface etc, but I decided to cancel the 2 year contract I had signed up to, bear in mind this was on the 27/12/22. PIA is very easy to use
PIA is very easy to use - choose a country from the dropdown menu and switch it on. There is no noticeable lag using the VPN. I can see that the ads during web browsing after the VPN is enabled are specific to the country selected. So, it works well.
