Overall still a positive experience as I have a centralized view to monitor my competitiors' prices and the software is relatively easy to use. The customer service is also very quick and responsive. I would suggest improving the accuracy of the software by allowing it to be managed by the Prisync team, as manually inspecting each price lowers the effectiveness of the software for the customer. I would also be interested in seeing the price history of a product however that's on the highest ...
