Gave them a lot of chances but going to look elsewhere now.

Multiple issues over the last 18 months...I have had sweatshirts & t-shirts printed and NOT ONE has come out correct. The graphics are never centered, the print is often skewed (larger on the bottom than the top) and the final shipping rarely looks like you set up on their templates. VAT is added at the end

I love the products but the fact they are not transparent about the added VAT at the stage on the system where you are adding the prices, I did the calculations myself and it takes ages to do it for each item, I wish that they had this visable on the pricing page so I could make sure I'm not loosing profit for my design. if you set this wrong you can end up getting very little for the time it takes to set this whole thing up.
