I have used Printful in the past for clients and I can finally start using this for my work. I am excited about it. Print quality is always excellent.

Like the products, not the censorship

Have used this company 6 times. Product selection is good. Quality of the clothing depends on what you order. Turnaround time has been OK. I'm giving it a 4 because I put up a review about my latest purchase having the sizing wrong. Instead of putting the review up, they contacted me, asked for more information, and said my review would be deleted if I didn't provide it. I consider this a form of censorship and don't know that I want to do business with a company that has this practice. My ...

If I could give Printful zero stars I would. This company is not customer centered. They are out for themselves and use every trick in the book to avoid accountability. If you don’t receive an order for whatever reason, they keep your money anyway and want you to do the legwork regarding why you didn’t receive it. They’ll never refund you or contact the shipper in your interest. Their shipping practices are inconsistent. Sometimes they’ll ship items such as coffee mugs in individual boxes, ...

I wrote a review about their printing quality

I wrote a review about their unprofessional embroidery on tote bags, showing photos and proving that they leave the threads much longer in the inner part of the bag, making the final product look unprofessional to sell in my store. I got the answer that they want a review that speaks more about the quality of the product itself, but what about the quality of the printing that Printful provides? My review is going to be deleted by Printful since my review doesn’t focus on the product.
