My customer had to wait 24 days to get their order. I refunded my customer but do you think printful would give me a refund? You must be joking. The cost of my companies reputation doesn't come into it with Printful. I've never known such greed in all my life. The customer service reps also need better training, I've experienced sarcasm at times. I've been asked to call DHL and chase up a fulfilment when it's printful who are responsible for fulfilment. Product Print and Fulfillment

Received trial order consisting one M sized Gildan hoodie. The fulfillment and delivery time from USA to Auckland NZ was excellent with the product received within 17 days of ordering. The garment quality was excellent as was the print quality. My first line of products was uploaded to my Etsy shop using Printful's Etsy synch interface. This works a treat too requiring only completion of minor final Etsy edits and then go live. All in all I am finding Printful to be a wonderful fulfillment ...

Help team was always willing to help, and in my case, went above and beyond. Even at midnight! Even though it was a minor problem, their patience and expertise was first class.

Best custom shirts/hats/anything

It was amazing! I’ve heard great things yet my expectations were exceeded by a lot! Amazing quality and just overall great and easy to use. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would give 100!

Great service

Great service, quick shipping and low costs! I couldn't believe how quick my shirt was shipped to me, and the price was more than fair. The website is easy to use, and is much cheaper than other websites out there for single shirt prints. I have already recommended them to my buddies, and I will be ordering more shirts soon! I can praise them enough.

Easy, automatic integration with Etsy

Highly recommend! I could go on vacation for 2 weeks and not worry about a thing - when I get Etsy sales, they take care of everything! It also means I can just focus on designing!
