Never Received Purchase HORRIBLE Customer Service

Horrible customer service. Never received the item I ordered. Customer service was terrible and told me they wouldn't do anything. Complete Scam. I will be filing a charge back.

Customer service was horrible and provided little to no help at all and the website i created connected to Prihtful gave me a mixed domain for a company that already exist and chose the domain for me to use without my consent. I signed up today and deleted my account today. I may have lost the money, but i won't ever forget this...And won't be referring others to Prihtful or Squarespace. Thank you for nothing...Because that's what i Received

Awful :( I just got my tshirt in the mail and the ink is already cracking off the shirt. The colors are also incredibly bland and some of the whites didn't even print on. Incredibly disappointed.

I ordered some hats for the shop from them and they came in quickly and were of high quality. I highly recommend them!

Poor printing and poor customer service.

Ordered a shirt and hoodie as a test order. Logo on shirt came out misshaped and logo on hoodie came out the wrong size. After a week of having to email back and forth (you have to go through email) they are saying the logo on the hoodie is acceptable, that logos coming out the wrong size are normal and that's final. Save your money and go somewhere with better service and that will print your order the way it's suppose to be.

The best review starts with the best customer service. First I never got the first product I ordered because it sent to the same street address but in another city even though I provided the POST CODE. Its very bad logistic, they should contact me if there is anything and if I never asked for it I would never know that the product was delivered days ago. If a company like this dont have a good logistic because they cant check the postcode but go after the street name then I cant trust them ...

This is because the factory is in Latvia which is Printers Heaven and central to Europe. I have been using Printful for about 6 months now and I could not be happier with the results. When first opening my art store yourownunique.com I struggled with finding a print provider that had a variety of reasonably priced products to sell my artwork on. Most of the other print providers were either overpriced, had limited selections or hard to use. Extremity disappointing!!!

I have used printful for the second business now and it is a very easy to use system with OK customer support.They are kind of slow and they do not have everything that i need as far as quality ie the polo shirts are just crap.
