The customer service I recieved was great. Luis was helping me, he had quick response time and was diligent on trying to solve my problem. Unfortunately, based off of the other reviews I can't take my chances recieving poor quality products or mis-calculated delivery dates. Not Managing Deliveries as Well as Other Production Partners During Covid-19 Pandemic

Printful is not a scam. It was recommended to me by someone who taught me how to sell on Etsy as the most reliable (but also the most expensive) so I went for it. I'm own a new Etsy shop with only a few 5-star reviews so can't afford to upset my customers too much. All my UK orders have been stuck now somewhere in Europe for weeks which Printful didn't warn us about in advance and they are not doing that now either. Why the half finished shirt?

Honestly, my experience with Printful hasn't been a good one. They sent me an incomplete order. I created a specific design that I had in mind for this particular shirt. It was missing the text that I intended for the back of the shirt. Instead of contacting me to say "We can't complete your order as is", they take my money and literally send me some half-@%#, half finished t-shirt. Needless to say, I won't ever use their services again. Plus, the black lettering on the shirt looks faded. ...

After complaining and chasing down, admitted mistake but then on second attempt never came and chat support suggested I leave quarantine and go to a closeby post office and ask them! I have mixed feelings about printful the more I learn about it and the more I interact with them the more disappointed I get. Convenient but very inflexible and un willing to help or work with you. Removed discounted sample orders for business owners due to spike in orders due to covid. Meaning prinful is making more profit at the expense of small businesses which we found a little distasteful.
