On Demand Printing Rules!
My experience using Printful has been great so far. I've been looking for a platform for on demand printing for my band's merch store and I was thrilled when Bandzoogle announced that it was integrating the Printful platform. Best platform for online merchandise
I’ve been using Printful since 2019 for my T-shirt designs. I am very pleased with the quality of their products and their attention when it comes to customer service. It’s a little tedious to set up your products for your online store but they provide many helpful tutorial videos to get you into business. If there is a problem with a product or a printing error, they will quickly respond to your concern and take care of it.

Their UI is the best compared to other print-on-demand companies. And their quality is a top priority. Also, their customer service is top-notched. Most replies are given within 24 hours, and sometimes even sooner. Even at the height of the pandemic and holiday, their turnaround times were very reasonable. I've been using them for a year now too.

Beautiful Totes from Printful!
A few weeks ago I had posted my Totes on a group page I'm on. I shared my products on this group page and had over 1K in likes and a few hundred comments as well, not to mention a few sales of the items as well!! I love the quality of the Totes and the colors are fantastic!! Thanks Printful!!

Minor Issue Immediately Fixed
There was a small issue with the garment quality - not print quality (print was great). Easy stitching defect to miss. Printful took the issue seriously and shipped a replacement immediately. Super helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with the service and I'm glad I decided to go with a fulfillment service instead of ordering inventory and shipping it myself.

I ordered some mugs
I ordered some mugs, a few were defective and the colour was faded. I contacted support and they accepted to full refund for the defective ones or either resend them. The mugs they resent were perfectly printed with the logo I asked for. Even making such mistake, at the end I am happy with the overall experience, and I would recommend but advising about this kind of issues.
