If you are based in the UK don't bother…

If you are based in the UK don't bother using Printful as your 'on demand' provider. Orders take well over a month, nearly 2 months to arrive and with that kind of delay, I couldn't risk the impact on my customers. They state they are opening a UK warehouse but that was supposed to be this year and there has been no update. Might be better if you can ensure that you stock is being manufactured in the UK but until then, steer clear!

Support Tees Were Horrible..

I ordered support tees for our family and friends for a heart transplant patient getting a new heart. The tees were suppose to be a great gesture , so we took our business to printful. The shirt quality and photos were messed up. Her face was blacked out and blurred from one of the tees , and the other tee print quality was horrible , distortion in the photo and etc. We just wanted a reprint of the tees , not even our refund back and we could not get anything . I needed to promote the United Nations International Day of Peace on honors program freshmen t-shirts. Printful was convenient and it was easy to upload my design on to the t-shirts. The transaction was smooth and came in excellent condition, just in time which is deeply appreciated.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would!! This shirt is absolutely AWFUL and they won't help me!! The first time I washed my tshirt there are a ton of holes in it!! And I KNOW it's this tshirt because I ordered another and that person's is FINE!! The tshirt quality is awful and I will NEVER use Printful again!!!

Over 30mins waiting on someone to…

Over 30mins waiting on someone to answer my concerns. Still no response. I tried following the instructions via shopify on syncing products...it still wants me to design the t-shirt from scratch. I already have them saved. Try uploading an image to start the design process n still Over 15mins to upload. I got frustrated between waiting on someone to answer my questions n pic to upload. This cannot be the top POD site. Plus shopify reach out on my behalf. Please HELP!...Time is going n so is ...

Still no hat, i ordered in July 2021

I ordered a hat in July 2021, still waiting. When i contact the company they tell me they can't locate my order with the order number provided by them. So I am out that money and can't get a refund. This is ridiculous!

Starting with Etsy/Printful.

Just started Etsy/Printful a little over a week ago. Got one sale, delivered in 2 days. Great turnaround time for my customer. The integration can be a little clunky, but not impossible. Good job Printful!
