If you want to keep yourself sane do not use this company. Their customer service is horrendous and absolutely garbage excuse for customer support. You can't call anyone because they are closed because of covid, the only options are chat and email. No one is on the same page. Wish plus sized models on mockups where an option.

I really love all of the products and freedom you have to design from Printful, the products also come out amazing and the quality has never failed me. BUT, I would love it more if they had plus-sized mockup models. They have so many options from flat, to wrinkled, to different races on thin/fit people, and even holiday option but not plus-sized. Also their selection for plus-sized clothes are very limited. I wish most of their products went up to 5xl but so far only one t-shirt does. I ...

I’m very satisfied with Printful. I’ve had an account for months and decided to use it for my new shop. The products that they offer are very great. I like being able to see real pictures and feedback from other customers before I purchase a product. I look forward to use Printful services long term.

I am new to Printful and it has been a great experience so far. Their response time is quick and efficient. And they try their best to get you exactly what you need. I have to highlight Emils A. Best Customer Service, hands down!

I wrote a review about prinful’s all-over-print boxer briefs regarding my overall impression and whether I’d sell them in my shop. Bad customer service, no accountability.

The prints are good when they get them correct. I have had an order "accidently" canceled by them, they refunded eventually after a ton of back and forth, but then my customer had to wait. Then they messed up a mug print and refused to take accountability. They make too many mistakes and make excuses instead of correcting it. I cant have these kind of problems for my customers.

Custom printed t-shirts and hoodies - great experience

I've ordered two t-shirts and a hoodie from Printful, all with the same custom print. Printful was the only shop where they offered a big print size, to make even small details visible. The order was done very quickly, at a reasonable price, and delivered in time. Item quality was also very high. Overall I'd highly recommend Printful to anyone looking to make custom printed t-shirts and hoodies.
